Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please visit your My Orders page or contact our support team immediately.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will be treated as returns.
Return Policy
We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items delivered to you. To qualify for a return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/incorrect items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Raise a return request from your My Orders page.
- Custom, personalised, or perishable items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or colour changes, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:
- Raise a return request and mention the preferred size/colour.
- The original item must be returned in unused condition.
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For cancelled orders, refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
How to Raise a Return/Refund Request
- Go to My Orders.
- Select the order and click "Request Return".
- Choose the reason and submit photos if item is damaged.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
