How do I track my order?
After your order ships we'll email you a tracking number. Go to My Orders to view your order status and tracking details. If you don't receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact support.
What is your returns & exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items with tags attached. For exchanges (size or color), open a return request from your orders page. See Returns & Exchanges for full terms, shipping costs, and exceptions (sale items, underwear, etc.).
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide for exact garment measurements. Check the product page for size details. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of placing it (before fulfillment begins). For changes after that, contact support with your order number immediately β we'll try to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
Payment issues and refunds
If a payment fails or you were charged twice, email us with a screenshot and order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days after we confirm the return.
